The environment strengthens the child's self esteem by encouraging curiosity, exploring imagination, fostering independence and promoting a positive attitude.
Understanding is born out of exploring, practicing and experiencing. The teacher is not an authority but a guide, whose job is to help such an atmosphere flower in the classroom.
The teacher is transformed from being a sage on stage to being a guide by the side, allowing the environment to become the teacher.
